As the update rolls out, you may notice a short delay before the changes appear on your end—thank you for your patience.


To continue accessing your subscription, please reset your password using the instructions below:


1. Visit the Members’ Area.


2. In the login window, click “Forgot Password?”



3. Your email is the same email you used previously for the RiskHedge site.


4. Follow the prompts to create a new password.


5. You will receive an email with the subject “Reset Your Password.”


6. After resetting your password, you can access the Members’ Area by clicking the Members button at the top of your screen and logging in with your new password.
